Step 2: Convert the completed supporting forms to image files
- Scan or take a cell phone pictures of the completed / filled out forms
- These pictures or image files need to be available to upload when completing the online application

Step 3: Start the Online Application Process
- When you are ready, goto the Membership page, Read the instructions and start the online application process at the bottom of the page
- At the Membership Type application page, enter your email address: (Note: You will need a unique email address for each applicant)
Note: For Junior applicants that do not have an email address: You can obtain one from email services
like Yahoo or Google that could be managed and used by parents.
As an alternative: You can create a fake email address by using the junior applicant name in the following format:
firstname.lastname@noemail.asc Example: thomas.smith@noemail.asc
- Enter your contact and profile information into the online application form
- Upload the required supporting forms into the appropriate supporting document fields
- If you have trouble uploading the form images, email membership@arlingtonsportsman.com
- Click to Submit the completed application form
- Upon successful submission: 1st and 2nd Seniors will be prompted to pay $25 for the background check
Step 4: Receive Information emails from the Member Portal
- Application submission success email
- Login information for the member portal email
- Use the provided login information to confirm your ability to access to the member portal and edit your member profile information. Review and make any changes needed to your contact information
Step 5: Actions for an Accepted / Completed / Reviewed application with all supporting forms
- We will send an email to indicate you are ready to be scheduled for a new member orientation class
- We conduct orientation classes every two months and will provide the date of the next scheduled class
Step 6: Registration to Attend the New Member Orientation
- Shortly prior to the orientation, we will contact you to register your attendance at orientation
- Orientation classes are scheduled on a Saturday morning and run approximately 8am -11am. (consists of sign-in, badge pictures, class room presentation, range tours, short test, issue member credentials)
- If you are a shotgun shooter (Skeet, Trap, 5 Stand, Sporting Clays), there is an additional 40-45 min orientation on the use of the Clay Card payment system and clay throwing machine safety.
Step 7: Come out to the Range and have Fun
